    Ingredients
      

    • 4 slices keto bread
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
    • ½ cup almond milk
    • ½ tbsp pure maple syrup
    • 2 tbsp granulated sugar / monk fruit sweetener for coating
    • 1 tsp ground cinnamon for coating

    Instructions
     

    • preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
    • line a baking tray with aluminum foil then put a cooling rack on top. coat the cooling/baking rack with nonstick spray (be generous here!) to ensure that the french toast sticks don't get stuck to the rack.
    • cut each slice of bread into strips (3-4 pieces) that are about 1 inch wide, ¾ inch thick and 3-4 inches long.
    • in a wide, shallow dish add the eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract and cinnamon. whisk until fully combined.
    • dip each bread stick into the egg mixture. coating it until the bread is soaked (but not drenched) and then shake off any excess.
    • place on the baking rack and repeat for the remaining bread sticks.
    • combine the coating sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and sprinkle on the side of the french toast sticks that are facing up.
    • only use ½ of the cinnamon sugar mixture, we will use the rest for the other side!
    • bake for 10 minutes. remove from the oven, flip and coat the other side with the remaining cinnamon sugar mixture.
    • put back into the oven for an additional 10 minutes
    • remove from the oven when golden and warm throughout.
    • top with your favorite toppings (see suggestions in FAQ)
    • enjoy!

when the milkshake craving hits…this is what I make and it does not disappoint!!! the key to making this taste like a vanilla milkshake is safeandfair vanilla ice cream protein powder. it’s delicious AND kid friendly too 🥳

RECIPE
- 2 small bananas, frozen
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1 serving safeandfair vanilla ice cream protein powder 
- 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract 

Blend all of the ingredients together until creamy, top with sprinkles for some extra fun and enjoy!

as the weather gets warmer, i’m starting to craveeee s’mores! to make these s’mores brownies i used pamelasproducts brownie mix and honey grahams…LIFE CHANGING if you ask me! # ad 

How to Make S’mores Brownies - 

1. Make the brownie batter according to the package instructions (the batter will be thick)
2. Crush the graham crackers and add to the batter with mini marshmallows (or big marshmallows cut into fourths)
3. Mix and spread into an 8x8 baking pan lined with parchment paper.
4. Add extra graham cracker and marshmallow on top
5. Bake according to the package instructions
6. Let cool, cut the brownies and enjoy!

The brownies come out insanely fudgy and delicious. The pockets of marshmallow and crunch from the graham cracker are absolute perfection👌🏼 #pamelascreator

    i have never met anyone who didn’t like pop tart i have never met anyone who didn’t like pop tarts growing up, have you?

let me introduce you to my adult version of this childhood favorite. i use lantanafoods Dark Chocolate Hummus as the filling and it was a dream come true 🍫 it adds just the right amount of sweetness, taking me right back to my childhood but without the sugar hangover 🤪

HOW TO MAKE ⬇️ 
1. cut two rectangles out of pre-made pie dough
2. add about 2 tbsp of hummus in the center and spread it out a little without going to the edges
3. press along the four sides with a fork
4. bake in the oven at 425 degrees F for 10-12 minutes or until the dough is golden and fully baked through
5. cool slightly and enjoy!
