Chocolate Protein Mousse is the perfect healthy dessert that is also indulgent. It's easy to make, thick and a delicious way to satisfy your chocolate cravings.
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1/3 cup Coconut Milk, or other milk alternative
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 serving Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
- Strawberries, (optional, for topping)
- Chocolate Chips, (optional, for topping)
This recipe can be made in a mixing bowl or food processor.
If using a mixing bowl, you will want to also have a hand mixer to combine all of the ingredients together.
Add all of the ingredients (pictured in the image above) into the mixing bowl (or food processor), excluding any toppings.
Mix (or pulse the food processor) until fully combined.
Add into a serving bowl and top with fresh fruit, chocolate chips or anything else your heart desires.
