Whipped Ricotta Cheese with Honey

Whipped Ricotta Cheese with Honey is one of the most delicious flavor combinations. The best part is that this recipe is easy to make and incredibly versatile!

Ingredients
 

  • 15 oz whole milk ricotta
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • truffle zest for topping, optional
  • flaky sea salt for topping, optional

Equipment

  • 1 electric hand mixer optional

Instructions
 

  • Add the ricotta cheese into a bowl and top with the honey
  • Use the hand mixer to whip into a smooth, creamy texture
  • This should take less than 2 minutes and you have the most perfect whipped ricotta spread!
  • Add on to your favorite cracker or a slice of toasted sourdough and you are in HEAVEN!
  • Mix in any other flavors and toppings on top
  • Serve with toasted bread or crackers
  • Enjoy!
