This Mango Pineapple Smoothie without Milk is both healthy and delicious. It's filled with nutritious and simple ingredients, to give you energy for the day ahead!
- 1 cup mango chunks, frozen
- 1/2 cup diced pineapple, frozen
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 tsp matcha powder, product linked above
- 3/4 cup coconut water, unsweetened
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, optional
Add all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor.
Pulse until you have a smooth and creamy texture. All of the fruit and ingredients should be blended together without any chunks.
If you like your smoothies to be on the thinner side you could add more coconut water (or other liquid that you prefer to use).
Pour into a glass or make into a smoothie bowl and enjoy!
