Chocolate Protein Balls are the perfect bite when you want a healthy dessert or need a boost during the day. They can be made ahead of time and are filled with protein!
- 1/4 cup date syrup, pitted
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 servings chocolate protein powder
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut, for rolling
Start by adding all the liquid ingredients to the food processor
Add in the remaining ingredients
Pulse until you get a smooth texture and all of the ingredients are fully combined
The texture should be slightly sticky and able to form into balls
Grab about 1.5 tbsp of the mixture and roll into balls
Continue until all the dough is used up, it should make about 10 Chocolate Protein Balls
Optional, but you can put them in the fridge for 30 minutes to set more before eating. See storage recommendations in the FAQ section.
