Edible Gluten-Free Cookie Dough with Protein Powder

Yield: 12 bites
Edible Gluten-Free Cookie Dough is the perfect sweet treat at night or midday pick-me-up! It's easy to make, made with simple ingredients and incredibly delicious!

Ingredients
 

  • 1/4 cup Salted Butter, Softened
  • 1/4 cup Dark Brown Sugar, Packed
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cup Almond Flour
  • 2 servings Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder, (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1/4 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Instructions
 

  • Combine the softened butter, dark brown sugar and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl
  • One combined, fold in the almond flour and protein powder
  • Add in the chocolate chips, feel free to add as many or as little as you like
  • Mix until fully combined
  • Use a 1 inch cookie scooper or 1 tbsp to form cookie dough balls
  • (Optional) Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes
  • Enjoy!
