Edible Gluten-Free Cookie Dough is the perfect sweet treat at night or midday pick-me-up! It's easy to make, made with simple ingredients and incredibly delicious!
- 1/4 cup Salted Butter, Softened
- 1/4 cup Dark Brown Sugar, Packed
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cup Almond Flour
- 2 servings Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder, (about 1/2 cup)
- 1/4 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Combine the softened butter, dark brown sugar and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl
One combined, fold in the almond flour and protein powder
Add in the chocolate chips, feel free to add as many or as little as you like
Mix until fully combined
Use a 1 inch cookie scooper or 1 tbsp to form cookie dough balls
(Optional) Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes
