Strawberry Banana Protein Smoothie

This Strawberry Banana Protein Smoothie is a delicious and healthy way to start the day. Filled with nutritious ingredients to fuel your body with the energy it needs!

Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup Milk of Choice
  • 2 cups Frozen Strawberries
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 2 servings Vanilla Protein Powder

Instructions
 

  • Add the milk to the blender
  • Next, add in the frozen strawberries and frozen banana
  • Pour in the protein powder of choice
  • Top with the chia seeds, ground flax seeds and hemp seeds
  • Blend until smooth and creamy
  • Enjoy!
