- 1 cup Milk of Choice
- 2 cups Frozen Strawberries
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 2 servings Vanilla Protein Powder
Add the milk to the blender
Next, add in the frozen strawberries and frozen banana
Pour in the protein powder of choice
Top with the chia seeds, ground flax seeds and hemp seeds
