These Pistachio Chocolate Bars are nutty, indulgent and delicious. The melted chocolate is swirled with pistachio butter to create a salty and sweet combination. Not only are they beautiful but also incredibly easy-to-make. By using simple ingredients it is a healthier dessert or midday treat!
- 12 oz semi-sweet or dark chocolate
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1/2 cup pistachio butter, separated
- 1/8 cup roasted and salted pistachios, for topping
Melt the chocolate in the microwave with the coconut oil at 30 second intervals
When there are just a few clumps of chocolate, stop and whisk until the clumps have disappeared
Add the pistachio butter and gently swirl into the chocolate
You don't want it to get lost in the chocolate so only fold it in a few times
Transfer to an 8x8 square baking pan that is lined with parchment paper
Add more drizzles of pistachio butter on top of the chocolate
Swirl into the chocolate using a toothpick
Add roasted and salted pistachios on top
Chill in the fridge to set for 35-45 minutes
Slice and enjoy!
