- 1 slice whole grain bread, or preferred toast
- 1/2 avocado, mashed
- 2-4 tbsp feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 large egg, boiled medium
- honey, drizzle
- 2 tsp red pepper flakes, optional
Toast the bread of choice
Once toasted nicely, remove from the toaster
Mash your avocado
Fold in the feta cheese
Dice the boiled egg and add to the avocado mixture
Drizzle with honey and add red pepper flakes (if desired)
