- 2 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup plain tahini
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Add the the maple syrup, tahini, peanut butter and vanilla extract to a bowl
Mix until combined
Add the rolled oats along with the chocolate chips
Mix until fully combined
Line an 8x8 square pan with parchment paper
Press the oat batter into the pan until flat and spread in an even layer
If desired, top with extra chocolate chips
Let sit in the fridge for about 2 hours (until firm)
Cut the bars and enjoy!
