No Bake Chocolate Oat Bars with Peanut Butter

Ingredients
 

  • 2 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 2/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Add the rolled oats to a large mixing bowl
  • Along with the maple syrup, tahini, peanut butter, vanilla extract and chocolate chips
  • Mix until fully combined
  • Line an 8x8 square pan with parchment paper
  • Press the batter into the pan until flat and spread in an even layer
  • Let sit in the fridge for 1-2 hours until firm
  • Cut the bars and enjoy!
