- 2 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 2/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Add the rolled oats to a large mixing bowl
Along with the maple syrup, tahini, peanut butter, vanilla extract and chocolate chips
Mix until fully combined
Line an 8x8 square pan with parchment paper
Press the batter into the pan until flat and spread in an even layer
Let sit in the fridge for 1-2 hours until firm
Cut the bars and enjoy!
