Watermelon Basil Feta Salad is the perfect recipe to make during warmer months! It's filled with healthy, refreshing ingredients and comes together with the protein pasta.
- 1/2 watermelon, cubed
- 12 ozq feta cheese, crumbles or block
- 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1 box protein pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Boil water for the pasta and cook according to the package instructions
Prep the other ingredients, such as the watermelon if not already cut into small cubes
Cut the feta cheese into cubes if you aren't using feta cheese crumbles
Chop the basil until you have about 1/2 cup
Once the pasta is cooked al dente, draine and rinse with cold water
Add the pasta to a large serving or mixing bowl. Add in the other ingredients.
Drizzle olive oil on top and mix until fully combined.
Top with a little bit of extra feta cheese and fresh basil for serving
