This Single Serve Brownie with Protein Powder is my go-to dessert when I'm craving something indulgent that's also good for me. It's made with simple ingredients and is easy to make!
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp almond milk
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp dark brown sugar
- 1 scoop protein powder, (should be about 1/4 cup)
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp dark chocolate morsels
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
Mix your wet ingredients together in a bowl
Add the protein powder and mix
Fold in the cocoa powder and then the chocolate chips
Transfer to a small ramekin or oven-safe dish
(Optional) Top with a few extra chocolate chips (more is always better when it comes to chocolate!)
Bake for 18-22 minutes. The center may still be slightly gooey (I like that), however, it will continue to bake in the ramekin for a bit after removing from the oven.
Remove from the oven and top with flakey sea salt
Let cool slightly
Grab a spoon and enjoy!
