Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 40 minutes
Yield: 2 servings
This Apple Crumble for Two is the perfect way to enjoy a fall favorite. It's hassle-free, extremely delicious and no excess leftovers!

Ingredients

Apple Filling

  • 2 large apples, sliced thin
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar, or monk fruit sweetener

Oat Crumble Topping

  • 2 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp dark brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
  • Slice the apples pretty thinly. You can leave the skin on if you prefer, however, I like to peel it before slicing
  • In a glass bowl, combine the apple slices, granulated sugar and ground cinnamon together
  • Combine the flour, rolled oats, dark brown sugar sugar, cinnamon and salted butter together until combined
  • In an oven-safe dish add the apple mixture
  • Top the apple slices with the crumble topping
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until the crumble topping is fully baked and apples are soft
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for about 5 minutes
  • (Optional) Top with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream
  • Enjoy!
