This Apple Crumble for Two is the perfect way to enjoy a fall favorite. It's hassle-free, extremely delicious and no excess leftovers!
Apple Filling
- 2 large apples, sliced thin
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar, or monk fruit sweetener
Oat Crumble Topping
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour
- 2 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 tbsp dark brown sugar, packed
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
Slice the apples pretty thinly. You can leave the skin on if you prefer, however, I like to peel it before slicing
In a glass bowl, combine the apple slices, granulated sugar and ground cinnamon together
Combine the flour, rolled oats, dark brown sugar sugar, cinnamon and salted butter together until combined
In an oven-safe dish add the apple mixture
Top the apple slices with the crumble topping
Bake for 25-30 minutes until the crumble topping is fully baked and apples are soft
Remove from the oven and let cool for about 5 minutes
(Optional) Top with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream
Enjoy!
