How to Make an Apple Crumble for Two
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
- Slice the apples pretty thinly. You can leave the skin on if you prefer, however, I like to peel it before slicing
- In a glass bowl, combine the apple slices, granulated sugar and ground cinnamon together
- Combine the flour, rolled oats, dark brown sugar sugar, cinnamon and salted butter together until combined
- In an oven-safe dish add the apple mixture
- Top the apple slices with the crumble topping
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the crumble topping is fully baked and apples are soft
- Remove from the oven and let cool for about 5 minutes
- (Optional) Top with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream
- Enjoy!

- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 tbsp dark brown sugar, packed
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
