Chocolate Protein Mousse

This Healthy Chocolate Protein Mousse is both rich and indulgent in every bite. It is the perfect dessert option that is good for you too with the use of greek yogurt and protein powder. The mousse itself is easy to make, coming out thick and creamy to satisfy your chocolate cravings.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1-2 tbsp Maple Syrup, do 2 tbsp if you want it a little sweeter
  • 1-2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 serving Chocolate Protein Powder, should be about 1/2 cup but varies between protein powder brands
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
  • Strawberries, optional, for topping
  • Chocolate Chips, optional, for topping

Instructions
 

  • This recipe can be made in a mixing bowl or food processor.If using a mixing bowl, you will want to also have an electric hand mixer to combine all of the ingredients together
  • Add all of the ingredients into the mixing bowl (or food processor), excluding any toppings
  • Mix (or pulse the food processor) until fully combined
  • Transfer to a bowl and chill in the fridge for 50-60 minutes or freeze for about 30 minutes
  • Add into a serving bowl and top with fresh strawberries, chocolate chips or anything else your heart desires
  • Enjoy!
