Dark Chocolate Caramel Pretzels are the perfect sweet and salty bite. This popular treat doesn't take long to make and is made with easy to find and simple ingredients.
- 1 cup dark chocolate
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 6 tbsp caramel dip
- 6 mini twist pretzels
- flaky sea salt, optional, for topping
1 Silicon Mold
6 muffin wrappers
Melt the dark chocolate with the coconut oil in a bowl and mix together
Add about 1/2 to 1 tbsp of chocolate to the bottom of a silicon mold or muffin liners in a muffin tin
Make sure it’s in an even layer and covers the entire bottom
Add about 1/2 tbsp of the caramel dip in the center
Press a pretzel on top of the caramel to spread it out
Top with more melted chocolate
Make sure the pretzel and caramel are completely covered
(Optional, but recommended) Add flaky sea salt on top
Chill in the freezer for 35-45 minutes or until set
Remove from the molds/muffin liners
