This Mint Chocolate Smoothie is a delicious and nutritious way to start the day. It's filled with protein and espresso to give you energy for the day ahead.
- 3/4 cup almond milk, or milk of choice
- 1/8 tsp mint extract
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 serving mint chocolate protein powder
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1/2 tbsp ground flax seeds
Pour the almond milk and mint extract into the blender
Add the frozen banana, protein powder and cocoa powder
Top with the chia seeds, hemp seeds and flax seeds
Blend until smooth and creamy. Scrape the sides and blend one more time
Pour into a glass and top with cacao nibs (optional)
