This Mango Strawberry and Banana Smoothie is the perfect breakfast or quick snack that is also refreshing. It is made with both accessible and healthy ingredients to fuel your body.
- 1 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
- 2 servings vanilla protein powder, optional
Add the coconut water to a blender
Next, add in all the frozen fruits
Pour in the chia seeds, hemp seeds and ground flax seeds
Add the protein powder, if desired
Blend
Pause to scrape sides and blend again (repeat as needed)
Stop once the smoothie is creamy and there are no chunks
Pour into glasses
