- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1 banana, frozen
- 2/3 cup frozen peach slices
- 2/3 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 servings protein powder
Pour the almond milk into your blender
Add the frozen banana and other frozen fruits
Next, add the protein powder and chia seeds
Blend until smooth and creamy (Pause the blender and scrape the sides as needed)
