Frozen vs. Fresh Fruit in Smoothies
Which is best for smoothies? There really is only one right answer.
Frozen fruit!
It helps to create a thick and creamy smoothie without fault.
Not only that, frozen fruit is more affordable and will last so much longer than fresh fruit.
If you choose to make smoothies with fresh fruit, you would end up with more of a juice than a smoothie…and I don’t think you want that!
What Protein Powder should I use?
While any protein powder will work, I think the flavor of the protein powder is the most important choice.
I recommend using an unflavored or vanilla protein powder. It perfectly complements the peach and strawberry flavors.
However, if you have a peach or strawberry protein powder, that would work as well!
Some additional protein powders I recommend are:
- Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder
- Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
- Unflavored Protein Powder
- Vegan Unflavored Protein Powder
- Chike Protein Peach Iced Tea
