- 1 cup mango chunks frozen
- ½ cup diced pineapple frozen
- 1 banana frozen
- ½ tbsp chia seeds
- ½ tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 tsp matcha powder product linked above
- ¾ cup coconut water unsweetened
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder optional
- add all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor.
- pulse until you have a smooth and creamy texture. all of the fruit and ingredients should be mixed together without any chunks.
- if you like your smoothies to be on the thinner side you could add more coconut water (or other liquid that you prefer to use).
- pour into a glass or make into a smoothie bowl and enjoy!
