Tips and Tricks for Making Protein Balls
The biggest problem people experience when making protein balls is creating the perfect consistency.
Getting the right moisture balance is the key to success in this recipe! If your dough is too dry or crumbly, mix in a teaspoon of water or milk. If it’s too sticky, add more of the dry ingredients, such as rolled oats or protein powder.
A trick to getting perfectly portioned balls is using a cookie scoop. These ensure an even size and you don’t have to get your hands dirty!
