These Monster Cookie Protein Balls are filled with a delicious peanut butter and chocolate flavor. The chocolate coated candies add a nice crunch contrasting the peanut butter dough texture.
- 1 cup Rolled Oats
- 1/4 cup Vanilla Protein Powder, Whey or Plant
- 1/2 cup Creamy Natural Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/8 cup Mini White Chocolate Chips
- 3 tbsp Mini M&M Candies
Add the rolled oats, protein powder, peanut butter and honey to a large mixing bowl
Use a spatula or large spoon to mix until combined
Fold in the mini white chocolate chips and mini M&M candies until evenly distributed in the dough
Use a 1 tbsp cookie scoop to portion out the balls on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper
