Raspberry Smoothie with Frozen Fruit

This Raspberry Smoothie with Frozen Fruit is incredibly delicious and refreshing. The smoothie is filled with nutritious ingredients to fuel your body and is easy to make.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 2/3 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • 2 servings vanilla protein powder, or unflavored

Instructions
 

  • Add the milk to the blender
  • Next, add in the frozen banana and other frozen fruits
  • Add in the chia seeds and protein powder of choice
  • Blend until smooth and creamy
  • Pause to scoop down the sides as needed
  • Pour into a glass
  • Enjoy!
