This Baked Boursin Pasta Recipe is easy to make, comforting and delicious. The baked cheese and cherry tomatoes creates a creamy and satisfying sauce that perfectly coats the pasta noodles.
- 5.3 oz Garlic & Herb Boursin Cheese
- 8 oz Curly Pasta
- 1 tsp Dried Basil
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1-2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh Basil, optional, for topping
- Freshly Grated Parmesan, optional, for topping
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F
(Note: I used a 9x6 dish but a square 8x8 or 9x9 would work as well)
First, add the Boursin cheese in the middle
Next, drizzle some olive oil on top of the cheese. Then add the dried basil and dried oregano on top as well
Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes
While baking, heat water in a large pot for the pasta
Once the water is boiling, add the pasta and cook according to package instructions
Remove 1/4 cup of water and set aside to add to sauce
Drain the pasta
Once the cheese is done baking and tomatoes are blistered, remove from the oven
Use a spoon or spatula to blend the cheese and tomatoes to make the sauce
Add in the pasta sauce and reserved pasta water
Mix until combined and all the pasta is coated in the sauce
Lastly, top with fresh basil and parmesan cheese
Enjoy!
