These Monte Cristo Sliders on Hawaiian Rolls are the perfect recipe for a gathering and are meal-prep friendly. The fluffy rolls pair flawlessly with the ham, turkey, cheese, honey mustard and raspberry jam. While easy to make, the flavors are quite unique and incredibly delicious in each bite.

Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian Rolls
  • 1/3 lb Honey Maple Turkey Deli Slices, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 lb Maple Glazed Ham Deli Slices, thinly sliced
  • 6-8 slices Baby Swiss Deli Cheese
  • 1-2 tbsp Honey Mustard
  • 1/4 cup Raspberry Jam, plus extra for dipping
  • 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar, optional for dusting

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
  • Slice the Hawaiian Rolls in half to create two layers
  • On the bottom layer, drizzle honey mustard
  • Next, layer slices of swiss cheese to cover the bread (I did 4 slices)
  • Add 6-8 slices of deli ham
  • Next, add 6-8 slices deli turkey
  • Spread 3-4 tbsp of raspberry jam on top of the turkey in an even layer
  • Add another layer of swiss cheese slices (about 4 slices)
  • Put the top layer of the Hawaiian rolls back on
  • Bake in the over for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted
  • Remove from the oven
  • Slice
  • (Optional) Add a dusting of powdered sugar
  • Enjoy!
  • Tip: Add some extra jam to a cup for dipping as you eat the sliders
