Funfetti Dip Recipe (Dunkaroos-Inspired)
This easy Funfetti Dip tastes like a Dunkaroos-inspired birthday cake treat and comes together in one bowl with cake mix, cool whip, and greek yogurt. Serve it chilled with animal crackers, cookies, pretzels, or fruit for parties, movie nights, or after-school snacks.
Ingredients
- 1 box Funfetti Cake Mix
- 1 1/2 cups Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 8 oz Whipped Topping (Cool Whip)
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cup Rainbow Sprinkles, reserve some for topping
- Animal Crackers, for serving
Instructions
- To a large mixing bowl, add the funfetti cake mix
- Also add in the greek yogurt, cool whip and vanilla extract
- Use an electric hand mixer to combine the ingredients on low
- Continue until smooth and creamy, scraping the sides with a spatula as needed
- Add in the rainbow sprinkles, fold into the batter gently using a spatula
- Chill in the fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes
- Scoop and transfer to a serving bowl
- Spread out evenly and top with extra sprinkles
- Chill in the fridge until ready to serve
- Serve with animal crackers, pretzels or even chips
