- 5 cups Whipped Cream, or Cool Whip
- 2.5 cups Frozen Raspberries
- 1/3 cup Granulated Sugar
- Fresh Raspberries, optional, for topping
- Chocolate Chips, optional, for topping
Add the frozen raspberries and granulated sugar to a food processor
Pulse on low until combined and a grainy texture
Add the whipped cream to a mixing bowl and top with the raspberry mixture
Fold the mixture into the cream using a spatula until combined
Put the raspberry cream mixture in the fridge for 1-2 hours or freezer for 30 minutes to thicken
When ready to serve, remove from the fridge and scoop the raspberry cloud into bowls or martini glasses for a fun presentation
