These Orange Chocolate Slices are the perfect sweet treat that is light and healthy. It is an easy to make, no-bake recipe that requires minimal effort!
- 2 fresh oranges, peeled and separated
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips , or melting wafers
- 1 tsp coconut oil, or avocado oil
- sea salt flakes, optional, for topping
Peel and separate the orange slices
Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl with the coconut oil for 30 second intervals
Mix with a fork in between until melted
Dip each orange slice into the melted chocolate
Place on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper
Top each with flake sea salt
Let set in the fridge for 15-20 minutes or until fully set
