Orange Chocolate Slices

These Orange Chocolate Slices are the perfect sweet treat that is light and healthy. It is an easy to make, no-bake recipe that requires minimal effort!

Ingredients
 

  • 2 fresh oranges, peeled and separated
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips , or melting wafers
  • 1 tsp coconut oil, or avocado oil
  • sea salt flakes, optional, for topping

Instructions
 

  • Peel and separate the orange slices
  • Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl with the coconut oil for 30 second intervals
  • Mix with a fork in between until melted
  • Dip each orange slice into the melted chocolate
  • Place on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper
  • Top each with flake sea salt
  • Let set in the fridge for 15-20 minutes or until fully set
  • Enjoy!
