These Cheeseburger Sliders are the perfect meal-prep-friendly recipe. Make them for a gathering, pot luck dinner or simply to have for lunch and dinner throughout the week. Easy to make and delicious!
- 12 Hawaiian Rolls
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 tbsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 10 slices Cheddar Cheese, or cheese of choice
- 12 Bread and Butter Pickle Slices
Heat a sauté pan over medium heat and spray with nonstick
Add the ground beef and break into crumbles
Mix in the onion powder, garlic powder and salt
Cook until brown, turn off heat and set aside
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
Slice the Hawaiian Rolls in half to create two layers
Add about 6 slices of cheddar cheese on the bread
Top with the cooked ground beef
Add another layer of cheese (I used 4 slices but you could use 6 again)
Melt in the oven for about 5 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted
Remove from oven
Top with 12 butter pickle slices (one for each slider)
Add the top layer of the Hawaiian Rolls back on top
Slice into individual sliders
Enjoy!
