Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian Rolls
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 10 slices Cheddar Cheese, or cheese of choice
  • 12 Bread and Butter Pickle Slices

Instructions

  • Heat a sauté pan over medium heat and spray with nonstick
  • Add the ground beef and break into crumbles
  • Mix in the onion powder, garlic powder and salt
  • Cook until brown, turn off heat and set aside
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
  • Slice the Hawaiian Rolls in half to create two layers
  • Add about 6 slices of cheddar cheese on the bread
  • Top with the cooked ground beef
  • Add another layer of cheese (I used 4 slices but you could use 6 again)
  • Melt in the oven for about 5 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted
  • Remove from oven
  • Top with 12 butter pickle slices (one for each slider)
  • Add the top layer of the Hawaiian Rolls back on top
  • Slice into individual sliders
  • Enjoy!
