Pineapple Popsicles with Protein

These Pineapple Popsicles are easy to make and contain protein to keep you full while satisfying that sweet tooth! Made with simple ingredients, like pineapple and banana, they are both nutritious and delicious.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 1/4 cup Almond Milk, or Coconut Water, Coconut Milk or Milk of Choice
  • 1 Banana, frozen
  • 1 cup Frozen Pineapple Chunks
  • 2 servings Pineapple Protein Powder

Instructions
 

  • To a blender, add the almond milk or liquid of choice
  • Add the frozen banana, pineapple chunks and protein powder
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping the sides as needed
  • Pour into the popsicle molds
  • Freeze overnight
  • Enjoy!
