- 1 cup Liquid , Almond Milk, Coconut Water, Plain Water or Liquid of Choice
- 1/2 cup Pineapple Chunks, Frozen
- 1 Banana, Frozen
- 1 serving Protein Powder, about 1/2 cup total
- 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger, optional
Add the liquid of choice to the blender
Next, add in the frozen banana and pineapple chunks
Add in the protein powder and ground ginger (if using)
Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping the sides as needed
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
