This Pina Colada Smoothie is delicious with a sweet and slightly tangy flavor in every sip! The pineapple flavor is strong while perfectly complementing the other ingredients. This smoothie is easy to make and uses simple, nutritious ingredients.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup Liquid , Almond Milk, Coconut Water, Plain Water or Liquid of Choice
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple Chunks, Frozen
  • 1 Banana, Frozen
  • 1 serving Protein Powder, about 1/2 cup total
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger, optional

Instructions
 

  • Add the liquid of choice to the blender
  • Next, add in the frozen banana and pineapple chunks
  • Add in the protein powder and ground ginger (if using)
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping the sides as needed
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!
