- 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 2 tsp Chia Seeds
- 2 tsp Ground Flaxseeds
- 1/2 tbsp Dark Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Almond Milk
Optional Toppings
- Greek Yogurt
- Ground Cinnamon
- Fresh Blueberries
Pour over the almond milk or milk of choice
Mix until fully combined
Transfer to a mason jar or sealed container
Put in the fridge to soak overnight
When ready to eat, top with yogurt, fresh blueberries and extra cinnamon
