These Marshmallow Pops are made to look like bats for the perfect Halloween treat. They consist of a marshmallow, cracker halves, pretzels bits and of course, chocolate! With an easy assembly process, this recipe is also kid-friendly for a fun activity. You don't even need a cake pop stand, the chocolate will set on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 10 Cake Pop Sticks
- 10 Round Crackers, broken in half, for the wings
- 10 oz Dark Chocolate Melting Wafers
- 10 large Marshmallows
- 20 tiny Pretzel Pieces , for the ears
- 20 Edible Eye Candies
Break the Classic Round Crackers in half to make the wings Melt the chocolate melting wafers in the microwave for 30 second increments, stirring in between each. You don’t want to overheat the chocolate
Dip each cracker piece in the chocolate, coating it completely. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Once done, put in the fridge or freezer to set
Dip the end of a cake pop stick in chocolate and put into the center of marshmallow
Set aside and repeat for each
Dip the end of the little pretzel pieces into the melted chocolate then stick it into the marshmallow far enough to not fall out Set aside and repeat for each pop
Remove the wings from the fridge
Dip the whole marshmallow pop in the melted chocolate, rotating until coated
Place directly over a pair of wings on the parchment paper
Immediately top with the candy eyes
Repeat until all pops are completed
Put the tray in the fridge to set
