This Dark Chocolate Fudge Recipe is creamy, rich and decadent. When topped with sea salt flakes, it balances the sweetness making each bite absolute perfection! This fudge recipe is easy to make and does not require condensed milk. It only requires 5 ingredients to make and you most likely have all of the ingredients in your kitchen already.
- 2 cups Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cup Salted Butter
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar, sifted
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Sea Salt Flakes, optional, for topping
1 loaf pan

Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and/or spray with nonstick
To a medium saucepan on low heat, add the dark chocolate chips, milk, vanilla extract and salted butter
Stir consistently until melted
Once melted, add in the sifted powdered sugar
Mix until incorporated
Stir on the heat for 1-2 minutes then transfer to the prepared loaf pan
Spread in an even layer and even bang gently on the counter a couple times
Top with sea salt flakes
Put in the fridge (4-5 hours) or freezer (2-3 hours) to set
Remove from the fridge and gently take out of the loaf pan
Slice the fudge
