This Strawberry Blueberry Banana Smoothie without Yogurt is the perfect breakfast when you want something refreshing. It's easy to make, meal prep friendly, made with simple ingredients and added protein to fuel your body.
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1 cup blueberries, frozen
- 1 cup strawberries, frozen
- 1 serving vegan protein powder
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1/2 tbsp ground flax seeds
Add all of your ingredients into a blender or food processer
Pulse/blend until combined and there are no clumps
The smoothie should be thick and creamy. Add more almond milk if you would like your smoothie to be thinner in consistency.
Pour into a glass or to-go cup and enjoy!
Note : you can also make this smoothie into a smoothie bowl and add on your favorite toppings!
