Healthy Chocolate Chip Baked Oats Without Egg Recipe

Chocolate Chip Baked Oats is a chocolate-lover's dream, especially when making it for breakfast. It is a delicious recipe for baked oats without egg, is easy to make and vegan friendly.

Ingredients
 

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 3 tbsp almond flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 banana, half mashed, remaining half for slices on top
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chunks, for baked oats batter
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chunks, for topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
  • Add the dry ingredients to an oven-safe bowl
  • Mash the 1/2 of banana, slice the other half
  • Mix in all of the wet ingredients
  • Fold in the ¼ cup of chocolate chips
  • Top with more chocolate chunks and banana slices
  • Bake in the oven for 15-18 minutes
  • Let cool slightly and enjoy!
