Chocolate Chip Baked Oats is a chocolate-lover's dream, especially when making it for breakfast. It is a delicious recipe for baked oats without egg, is easy to make and vegan friendly.
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 3 tbsp almond flour
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 banana, half mashed, remaining half for slices on top
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp chocolate chunks, for baked oats batter
- 1 tbsp chocolate chunks, for topping
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
Add the dry ingredients to an oven-safe bowl
Mash the 1/2 of banana, slice the other half
Mix in all of the wet ingredients
Fold in the ¼ cup of chocolate chips
Top with more chocolate chunks and banana slices
Bake in the oven for 15-18 minutes
Let cool slightly and enjoy!
