This Apple Crumble for Two is the perfect way to enjoy a fall favorite. It's hassle-free, extremely delicious and no excess leftovers!
- 1 medium apple, sliced thin
- 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
Crumble Topping
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour
- 3 tbsp rolled oats
- 2 tbsp dark brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
Slice the apple thinly. You can leave the skin off or peel it before slicing
In a glass bowl, combine the apple slices and ground cinnamon together
Combine the flour, rolled oats, sugar, cinnamon and butter together until combined
In a small ramekin or oven-safe bowl add the sliced apples
Top the apple slices with the crumble topping
Bake for 25-30 minutes until the crumble topping is fully baked and apples are soft
Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes
Top with vanilla ice cream or enjoy on it's own!
