This Apple Crumble for Two is the perfect way to enjoy a fall favorite. It's hassle-free, extremely delicious and no excess leftovers!

Ingredients
 

  • 1 medium apple, sliced thin
  • 1/2 tbsp cinnamon

Crumble Topping

  • 2 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 3 tbsp rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp dark brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
  • Slice the apple thinly. You can leave the skin off or peel it before slicing
  • In a glass bowl, combine the apple slices and ground cinnamon together
  • Combine the flour, rolled oats, sugar, cinnamon and butter together until combined
  • In a small ramekin or oven-safe bowl add the sliced apples
  • Top the apple slices with the crumble topping
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until the crumble topping is fully baked and apples are soft
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes
  • Top with vanilla ice cream or enjoy on it's own!
