How to Make an Apple Crumble for Two
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
- Slice the apple thinly. You can leave the skin off or peel it before slicing
- In a glass bowl, combine the apple slices and ground cinnamon together
- Combine the flour, rolled oats, sugar, cinnamon and butter together until combined
- In a small ramekin or oven-safe bowl add the sliced apples
- Top the apple slices with the crumble topping
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the crumble topping is fully baked and apples are soft
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes
- Top with vanilla ice cream or enjoy on it’s own!

- 2 tbsp dark brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
