Attending the Inspired Home Show in Chicago gave me insight on what is trending now and what to expect for the remainder of the year, especially any kitchen trends for 2026!

The Inspired Home Show is the International Housewares Association’s premier global home and housewares marketplace. They held their first show back in 1939! This year they had more than 1,000 exhibitors and 2,000 unique brands.

After spending two days at the Inspired Home Show, tons of brands were explored and experienced. Many of the booths had interactive experiences and demos to help you really understand the product and the brand.

Below are many highlights in the kitchen sector, from small to big appliances, we’ll cover a wide variety of them!

From helpful kitchen products to aesthetic countertop pieces, each brand brings their own value to your home.

Whether it’s a product to make your morning routine easier, making cooking for your family easier or drink more water…it’s all going to be covered here!

From toasters and air fryers and toasters to tea kettles, blenders and more…Salton has got your covered.

While all of their products are functional, they also have a lot of modern-looking appliances that will look great on your own countertop.

Viking Culinary

The highlight from their booth was their newest nonstick pan that is going to be LIFE changing! You can even cut right on it without the worry of toxins going into your food.

Aesthetics

While functionality and usefulness are the most important when it comes to purchasing products for the kitchen, aesthetics are also important to many people. This particular brand stood out a ton when it came to the design and patterns of their kitchen appliances and products.

The most beautiful kitchen products that are not only helpful but look stunning too. The products below are in collaboration with Laura Ashley. Not only are these beautiful to look at in the kitchen but they are high quality as well.

In the kitchen, functionality is key. We’re going to highlight a couple brands that focus on functionality while still having a beautiful presentation.

Lodge Cast Iron

A classic kitchen product that now has a new line called American Road Trip where they have a cast iron pan for each state.

In addition to this new line, they do a lot of partnerships with iconic brands such as Hershey’s chocolate, John Deere and more.

Cangshan Cutlery

Cangshan is a professional-caliber brand of kitchen knives dedicated to combining the beauty, strength, and quality of Western and Eastern style knives. We got to test out first-hand how amazing these knives are in the kitchen.

Convenience

Whether you are living on your own or with others, the most important factor of a kitchen appliance is the convenience that it brings to your life. Below are a few products that were created to make your life both better and easier.

  • Nordicware – I use a variety of their sheet pans for baking in the oven. However, they are known for their iconic bundt pans for baking.
  • Zyliss Official – My favorite product here was the hand grater. It grates cheese, chocolate and more. It’s the iconic cheese grater used in Olive Garden and I definitely need one in my home.
  • Briowater – There are so many delicious ways to use their sparkling water dispenser and make drinking water easy and fun at home!

Final Thoughts

The Inspired Home Show in Chicago was filled with so many amazing moments, products and brands. A huge highlight were the Kitchen Trends of 2026! This blog post is a summary of my favorite kitchen products of 2026 that I got to see and experience with my own hands.
