Ingredients
 

  • 15 oz Canned Chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/3 cup Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, or Creamy Almond Butter
  • 1/2 cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/3 cup Dark Chocolate Chips, plus extra for topping
  • Sea Salt Flakes, optional, for topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper and/or spray with nonstick as needed
  • Add all of the ingredients, except for the chocolate chips and sea salt flakes, to a food processor
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping the sides as needed
  • Transfer the batter to a bowl and fold in the chocolate chips
  • Spread the blondie batter into the loaf pan and top with more chocolate chips
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean/with a few crumbs
  • Top with sea salt flakes (optional)
  • Let cool for 30-60 minutes
  • Slice and enjoy!
