How to Make Caramel Blondies with White Chocolate and Pretzels
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- Add the eggs into a large mixing bowl and whisk. Then add in the dark sugar, butter, milk and vanilla extract to a large mixing bowl
- Mix until fully combined
- Add flour and mix until just combined
- Fold in the white chocolate chips, pretzels and sprinkles
- Transfer to an 8×8 baking pan that is greased and lined with parchment paper
- Add dollops of caramel then swirl into the batter
- Top with extra white chocolate chips then press 12-16 pretzels into the top of the batter. They should be evenly spaced out (one for each bar)
- Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes (or until a toothpick comes out of the center clean)
- Remove from the oven and top with extra holiday sprinkles
- Let cool for a minimum of 30 minutes
- Slice and Enjoy!
