- Butter
- Eggs

- Graham Crackers or Gluten Free Graham Cracker Crumbs
How to Make Vanilla Cheesecake Bars Recipe
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper
- First, combine the Graham cracker crumbs with the butter and granulated sugar
- Next, press firmly into the bottom of a loaf pan
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar using a hand mixer
- Add in the vanilla extract and eggs, beat until just combined
- Next, pour the batter on top of the graham cracker layer
- Bake at 325 degrees F for 45-50 minutes
- Remove from the oven when done baking
- To know when the cheesecake is ready to be removed, the edges of the cheesecake should be brown and the top should be fully set. However, it should still have a slight jiggle in the middle.
- Chill at room temp for 2 hours
- Refrigerate 6+ hours or overnight
- Slice and top with whipped cream, blueberries and strawberries

- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
