Ingredients
chopped kale salad
- 1 bag kale chopped
- 1 bag romaine lettuce
- Β½ cup dried cherries
- Β½ cup marcona almonds
- Β½ cup parmesan shaved
olive oil dressing
- ΒΌ cup olive oil
- 1 lemon juice only
- 1 tbsp basil
- 1 tbsp oregano
- sea salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Instructions
- prepare the kale by chopping and add it into a large mixing bowl
- mix the olive oil, lemon juice and seasoning in a small bowl until fully combined
- drizzle the olive oil dressing on top and massage the kale with your hands
- once the kale is fully covered and softened, you have massaged the kale enough
- add in the romaine, dried cherries, marcona almonds and shaved parmesan
- mix until fully combined
- grab a fork and enjoy!
