In addition to the truffle zest, you can customize this recipe to your taste buds. You can swap out the parmesan for your favorite cheese.
You can add a sauce such as pesto, marinara or tomato basil. The limit does not exist!
However, for this recipe, the shaved parmesan adds the perfect amount of saltiness to the toast. It nicely contrasts the freshly sliced tomatoes.

What is truffle zest?
It’s delicious, that’s what!
In all seriousness, truffle powder is made by grounding black summer truffles. They are both aromatic and earthy.
Fun fact, it is a low-calorie and low-sodium seasoning!
Truffle Zest is loaded with real black truffle flavors and aromas to take your taste buds on a dream vacation. You don’t have to go to a fancy restaurant for a luxurious experience.
My favorite ways to use truffle zest are on this parmesan bread, pasta or pizza!
