Ingredients
- 6 slices sourdough bread
- 6 tbsp brummel & brown yogurt spread 1 tbsp per slice of toast
- cinnamon for initial thin layer on toast
cinnamon sugar mixture
- Β½ tbsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp monk fruit sweetener
Instructions
- preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
- take your 6 slices of sourdough and place them on a baking sheet topped with foil
- add 1 tbsp of brummel & brown to one side of the sourdough and sprinkle on an initial layer of cinnamon
- place in the oven for 5-7 minutes, checking consistently after the 5 minute mark
- while the bread is toasting, mix together the monk fruit sweetener and cinnamon
- once the toast is crisp and the yogurt spread is melted, remove from the oven
- top it all off with the cinnamon and monk fruit mixture until the bread is evenly coated
- enjoy!
