One of the best parts about this recipe is that you can add any additional spices and seasoning that you desire. If you like it spicy, add some cayenne! Garlic powder and onion powder also add a great depth of flavor in addition to classic salt and pepper.

How to Make Crispy Carrot Sticks
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F
- Wash and peel all of the carrots
- Cut each carrot in half, then into fourths to make the fry shape
- Line your baking sheet with parchment paper
- Spread the carrots in an even layer on the baking tray
- Bake in the oven for 25 minutes, remove and flip all of the carrots to roast on the other side
- Put back in the oven for another 20 minutes. The carrots should have a slight char and caramelization when done.
- Once done, remove from the oven. When biting into the carrot fries, the outside should be crisp with a soft center.
- Serve and enjoy! A fun pairing would be with this Cottage Cheese Mac & Cheese. The perfect twist on a childhood favorite meal.
