Ingredients
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup salted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup creamy salted peanut butter, divided
- 1 cup all purpose flour, or all purpose gluten free flour
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup peanut butter chips, for topping
- 1/4 cup marshmallow fluff, for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- Add the eggs, brown sugar, butter, milk, creamy peanut butter and vanilla extract to a large mixing bowl
- Mix until fully combined
- Add flour and mix until just combined
- Fold in the mini marshmallows
- Line a 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper or grease with non-stick spray
- Transfer the batter into the pan and spread in an even layer
- Swirl in 2 tbsp of creamy peanut butter and marshmallow fluff
- Top with the peanut butter chips
- Bake in the oven for 28-30 minutes, until the batter is fully baked (a toothpick should come out of the center clean!)
- Let cool completely before slicing
- Slice and enjoy!
