flourless fluffernutter bars
Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter salted preferably
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 bag dandie's vegan marshmallows
Instructions
- preheat the oven to 325 degrees F
- add all of the ingredients into a medium-sized bowl (except the marshmallows!)
- mix until fully combined and add in half the bag of marshmallows
- line a 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper and grease with non-stick spray
- pour the batter into the pan and spread in an even layer
- top with the remaining marshmallows (snack on some too!)
- bake in the oven for 18-20 minutes, until the batter is fully cooked (a toothpick should come out clean!)
- slice into 9 pieces and enjoy!
