Vegan Blondies with Peanut Butter
Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter salted preferably
- Β½ cup brown sugar
- 1 flax egg
- Β½ cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Β½ tsp baking soda
- 1 bag dandie's vegan marshmallows or regular marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F
- Add all of the ingredients into a medium-sized bowl (except the marshmallows!)
- Mix until fully combined and add in half the bag of marshmallows
- Line a 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper and grease with non-stick spray
- Pour the batter into the pan and spread in an even layer
- Top with the remaining marshmallows (snack on some too!)
- Bake in the oven for 18-20 minutes, until the batter is fully cooked (a toothpick should come out clean!)
- Slice into 9 pieces and enjoy!
