Ways to Roast the Sweet Potato Slices

There are a few different ways these roasted sweet potato slices can be baked. Each will result in a delicious sweet potato but may vary slightly!

The first way is to roast the sweet potato slices on a baking tray that is lined with parchment paper. It will take longer for the sweet potato slices to get crispy, however, they will also get caramelized.

Another way to roast the sweet potato is by lining the baking sheet with aluminum foil. You must spray the foil with non-stick prior to adding the sweet potato slices.

This method will result in a crispier sweet potato slice, so make sure to keep an eye on them when they are baking in the oven! (See photo below).
