Ingredients
 

  • 6 slices sourdough bread
  • 6 tbsp brummel & brown yogurt spread, 1 tbsp per slice of toast
  • cinnamon, for initial thin layer on toast

cinnamon sugar mixture

  • 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp monk fruit sweetener

Instructions
 

  • preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
  • take your 6 slices of sourdough and place them on a baking sheet topped with foil
  • add 1 tbsp of brummel & brown to one side of the sourdough and sprinkle on an initial layer of cinnamon
  • place in the oven for 5-7 minutes, checking consistently after the 5 minute mark
  • while the bread is toasting, mix together the monk fruit sweetener and cinnamon
  • once the toast is crisp and the yogurt spread is melted, remove from the oven
  • top it all off with the cinnamon and monk fruit mixture until the bread is evenly coated
  • enjoy!
